The Executive Director of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Bilqis Jumoke Sanni (P.S. rtd), has extended birthday wishes to the lawmaker representing Eesa/Shawo/Igboidun Constituency at the Kwara State House of Assembly, Honourable Abdulwaheed Gbenga Yusuf JK.
