Honourable Moshood Adeleke, Founder of HMA Foundation has extends felicitations to Muslim faithful in Kwara State, across Nigeria and beyond as they join the global Islamic community in celebrating the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Adha.
In a goodwill message released on Friday, Honourable Moshood described Eid-ul-Adha as a sacred festival that embodies the virtues of faith, obedience, sacrifice, and compassion, urging Muslims to uphold these values in their daily lives and interactions.
“As we mark this year’s Eid-ul-Adha, I heartily congratulate our Muslim brothers and sisters on witnessing another blessed celebration. This occasion reminds us of Prophet Ibrahim’s unwavering obedience to Allah and the deep spiritual significance of sacrifice,” he stated.
He called on the Muslim Ummah to reflect on the teachings of the season by showing love and kindness to the less privileged, promoting peace in their communities, and praying for the continued progress and unity of the nation.
Honourable Moshood also emphasized the importance of national cohesion, particularly during challenging times, and encouraged Nigerians of all faiths to live in harmony and solidarity.
“Let this celebration strengthen the bonds of brotherhood among us, regardless of religion or ethnicity. Our diversity is our strength, and only through unity and shared purpose can we overcome the challenges before us,” he added.
He wished all Muslim faithful a joyful, peaceful, and spiritually fulfilling Eid celebration, urging them to observe the festivities in moderation and safety.
