The Honourable member representing Ojomu/Balogun Constituency at the Kwara State House of Assembly, Ogbeni Seun David Ogunniyi Adato, has joined millions across the globe to commemorate International Workers’ Day, popularly known as May Day.
In a heartfelt message to mark the occasion, Ogbeni Ogunniyi paid glowing tribute to workers in Kwara State and beyond, acknowledging their invaluable contributions to the growth and development of communities and cities across the world.
“Today, we celebrate and honour the hands and hearts that toil and labour to build and serve in our communities and cities across the world,” the lawmaker said.
He lauded the resilience, dedication, and sacrifices of workers across all sectors, describing them as the backbone of society and critical drivers of progress.
“I commend the tireless commitment and dedication of our workers in every sector,” he stated.
Ogbeni Ogunniyi concluded his message with a prayer, saying, “May every worker enjoy the reward of their labour in peace, dignity, and prosperity.”
