In continuation of its impactful weekly outreach, the Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode (MOK) Movement on Saturday disbursed ₦30,000 each to 15 beneficiaries across various communities in Offa Local Government Area.
The initiative, which has become a cornerstone of the Movement’s grassroots empowerment programme, seeks to support the vulnerable, particularly small-scale traders and the underprivileged, by providing direct financial assistance to enhance their livelihoods.
Alhaja Monsurat Kolawole, the Women Leader from Shawo South-West Ward, served as the presenter and moderator at today’s edition.
She applauded the unwavering vision of the MOK Movement in driving sustainable community empowerment and urged the beneficiaries to make productive use of the funds in their trades and businesses.
The beneficiaries, who were carefully selected from different wards within the local government, expressed heartfelt appreciation for the support, which many described as a lifeline amid economic hardship.
The MOK Movement has consistently championed weekly empowerment programmes, ranging from food relief distribution to financial aid, with a focus on poverty reduction and economic upliftment at the grassroots level.
Today’s event adds to the growing impact of the Movement’s ongoing efforts to build a stronger, self-reliant Offa community.
