
The Baale of Igberi Enle in Offa Kingdom, Alhaji Abdulrahman Kamaldeen Alashonla, has extended congratulations to Alhaja Bilqis Jumoke Sanni Alasonla on her nomination for appointment as Executive Director at the North Central Development Commission (NCDC) by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In a statement issued on Friday, Baale Alashonla described the nomination as a significant honour not only for Alhaja Bilqis and her family but also for the entire Offa Kingdom and Kwara State.
He noted that her nomination is a recognition of her meritorious service to the state and her unwavering commitment to the progressive ideals of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
“Alhaja Bilqis Sanni Alasonla has always distinguished herself as a dedicated public servant, a loyal party stalwart, and a woman of remarkable integrity. Her appointment is a welcome development for the people of Offa and a proud moment for all of us in Igberi Enle and the larger Offa community,” Baale Alashonla said.
He lauded President Bola Tinubu for entrusting such a crucial federal role to a woman of proven competence and character, and he expressed gratitude to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, and Senator Oyelola Yisa Ashiru for supporting the nomination and consistently championing capable individuals from Kwara South.
