The Adamawa State Police Command has taken custody of a missing child.
The girl, approximately four years old, identified herself as Aisha Hassan. She provided the names of her mother, Maryam; her brothers, Alkasim and Khalifa; and her aunt, Khadija.
In a press release obtained Saturday morning, the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Sulieman Nguroje, urged anyone with information about the girl’s family to come forward.
He appealed to the public to report any relevant details to the Doubeli Divisional Police Headquarters in Jimeta, Yola North Local Government Area.
Nguroje also shared his contact number, 08065604764, for anyone wishing to provide information.
