Six-term federal lawmaker, Hon. Oluwole Oke, who earlier on Wednesday confirmed his resignation from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has stirred political speculation with a new social media post aligning himself with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Shortly after announcing his exit from the PDP, Oke took to his official Facebook page to share a graphic of himself alongside President Tinubu. The image carried the caption: “BOO for Asiwaju Project 2027, Ijesha North PBAT 2027 Movement.”
Oke, who represents Obokun/Oriade Federal Constituency in Osun State, has yet to officially declare membership of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), although his latest post suggests a shift in allegiance.
As of the time of this report, Oke has not released any formal statement confirming his defection to the APC.
