[OPINION] Omooba Agbaje Femi Whyte: Definition Of An Excellence Oriented Leadership

With Kwara State’s political atmosphere changing and becoming a wave of remodification that can only accommodate exceptional politicians with transcendent dynamism, Omooba Agbajelola Wahab Femi White stands out not only as a leader but as a structure in his own right.

Against all odds, Femi has survived several political assassination attempts and efforts by men in black to discredit his personality and send him into political oblivion. Yet, as a skilled fighter, an open-hearted individual, and a man with a high spirit of camaraderie, Femi White has excelled in all ramifications.

My journey with Hon. Femi White within the political sphere offers a close-up view of how fiercely he fights, agitates, and networks to project Offa forward and stand for the community—both within and beyond the political landscape. Whenever an issue arises, Hon. White is always just one call away.

As a stakeholder and a respected strategist in the political realm, Femi is always concerned with three key things:

1. What is for Offa and what is against Offa;

2. What is the impact of development on Offa and its environs;

3. What are the ways to maintain relevance.

These three questions are always his first line of attack—anywhere, any day, anytime. The spirit he instills in those around him reflects his role not only as a leader but as a structure guiding the emergence of better representatives for the community.

With a simple lifestyle, Femi White walks in silence without most people hearing his footsteps—hence, he is labeled a silent achiever within political leadership.
