The Tewogbola family, owners of the property directly opposite the Federal Polytechnic Offa along Osogbo Expressway, in conjunction with the Office of the Deputy Senate Leader — the current lawful occupant — have officially taken possession of the said premises, in strict adherence to the terms of the tenancy agreement between both parties.
This action follows a series of unauthorized claims to the property, notably by Alhaji Kunle Adegboye. As of today, no verifiable evidence of any payment or legal tenancy has been presented by Alhaji Adegboye.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Tewogbola family and the Office of the Deputy Senate Leader hereby warn any unauthorized persons, including Alhaji Kunle Adegboye, to vacate and keep off the property immediately.
Legal steps are being considered to enforce the rightful ownership and protect the integrity of the tenancy agreement. The Tewogbola family and the current occupant remain committed to upholding due process.
