His Royal Majesty, Oba Haruna Olawale Suleiman Usman Ilufemiloye Adegbite II, the Olupako of Share, has officially installed three new high chiefs in a grand traditional ceremony held on March 1, 2025.
The revered monarch, who also serves as the Paramount Ruler of the Share District, Vice Chairman of the Ifelodun Traditional Council of Obas, and Secretary of the Igbomina/Ekiti Traditional Council of Obas, conferred the prestigious chieftaincy titles on distinguished individuals, reinforcing the cultural and leadership structure of Share land.
The newly installed chiefs include: Alhaji Umar Oladipo Sanusi Balogun – Installed as the 11th Balogun of Share, Alhaji Ahmad AbdulGaniyu Ekundayo – Conferred with the title of Elemosho Adeyi and Alhaji Salihu Alabi Baba – Appointed as the new Magaji Aree of Share Land.
The installation ceremony, a significant event in the traditional institution of Share, was highlighted by the formal presentation of appointment letters to the newly installed high chiefs by His Royal Majesty, the Olupako of Share.
The appointment of these chiefs is expected to further strengthen the leadership and governance of Share land, fostering unity and development within the community.
