The Kwara North chapter of MSM TITAN organized a special prayer session in Lafiagi to seek divine guidance and success for Mallam Saliu Mustapha, the Turaki of Ilorin and Senator representing Kwara Central.

The event, which also included a visit to the Lafiagi General Hospital, underscored the senator’s growing influence in the region.

The prayer session, held at the Lafiagi Central Mosque, was led by the Chief Imam of Lafiagi, Alhaji Ibrahim Abdullahi Kolobigi II, alongside other esteemed Islamic scholars and clerics.

Special supplications were offered for Senator Mustapha, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, seeking divine support in their leadership roles.

The gathering drew notable figures from across Kwara North, including: Abdullahi Alhaji Ndagi (Damasani Imam of Lafiagi), Mallam Ibrahim Musa (Khalifa Tijjaniya), Alhaji Ndayagi Kolobigi (Galadima Imam of Lafiagi), Mohammed Alhaji Muhammad (Mufty Imam) and Muhammed Saba Kpevun (Imam Patigi).

Also present were traditional rulers, youth groups, ward coordinators from Baruten, Moro, Kaiama, and Pategi, and community leaders, reflecting the broad support for Senator Mustapha’s leadership.

During the event, Chief Imam Kolobigi commended Senator Mustapha’s humility, generosity, and commitment to public service.

He stated: “We thank Allah for the life of Mallam Saliu Mustapha. His leadership brings hope and progress to our communities. May Allah continue to elevate and protect him.”

The State Coordinator of MSM TITAN, Shehu Afunja, also hailed the large turnout, reaffirming the group’s steadfast support for the senator.

He described Senator Mustapha as a unifying figure whose leadership is shaping a better future for Kwara State.

Senator Saliu Mustapha’s leadership style and increasing presence in Kwara North politics continue to shape discussions on the region’s political future.

The coming months will reveal the true direction of the Kwara North political agenda, but for now, Senator Mustapha’s influence remains a force to reckon with.
