Social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), is celebrating a legal victory after claiming that a Federal High Court has halted his arrest warrant in the ongoing defamation case with gospel singer Mercy Chinwo.
The controversy started when the Chief Magistrate Court in Wuse Zone 6, Abuja, issued a bench warrant for VDM’s arrest, accusing him of “criminal defamation” against Chinwo. The court directed law enforcement to take him into custody and present him in court.
