…ODUNA executives,doctors, and patients praises ITURAH EMR
The 10th medical outreach program organized by the Offa Descendants Union, North America (ODUNA) in Offa, Kwara State, is ending in grand style with the ITURAH Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Telemedicine System receiving high praise for its outstanding performance.
The medical outreach, which took place from 13th to 17th January 2025, provided free medical services to hundreds of residents in Offa and surrounding communities. The event was attended by top medical professionals from Nigeria and the United States, who volunteered their time and expertise to provide quality healthcare services.
At the heart of the outreach program was the ITURAH EMR and Telemedicine System, which played a crucial role in streamlining patient data management, facilitating remote consultations, and improving overall healthcare outcomes.
The system, designed and implemented by ITURAH, enabled healthcare providers to access and manage patient records electronically, reducing errors and improving the efficiency of care delivery. The telemedicine component of the system also enabled remote consultations between patients and medical specialists, expanding access to specialized care for residents of Offa and surrounding communities.
Speaking at the outreach program, the President of ODUNA, Engr. Abdulmajeed Lawal commended ITURAH for its innovative healthcare solutions, stating, “ITURAH has done well. Their EMR and telemedicine system has been a game-changer for our medical outreach program, enabling us to provide more efficient and effective care to our patients.”
Also, speaking at the event, the representative of ITURAH, Lawal Habeeb, expressed his company’s commitment to improving healthcare outcomes in Nigeria and beyond. “We are proud to have partnered with ODUNA to deliver this innovative healthcare solution,” he said. “Our goal is to continue pushing the boundaries of healthcare innovation, using technology to improve access to quality healthcare services for all.”
On his part, Dr. Lucky Rai praised the organizers of the health initiative, he however appreciates the easement role played by ITURAH EMR in making sure that datas were well collated and captured..
