Hon. Adekola Mubarak (alias FBB), a dedicated grassroots mobilizer and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has officially announced his return to active politics after a brief hiatus following the 2023 general elections.
In a New Year statement, Hon. Mubarak expressed his excitement about re-engaging in political activities, emphasizing his belief that politics should not be a full-time profession.
While reaffirming his commitment to community development and strategic planning, he clarified that he has no personal ambition to contest in the 2027 elections. Instead, he aims to focus on strengthening the party’s structures and preparing for the future.
“Starting next week, I will begin visiting forums across the wards to collaborate on plans for the 2027 elections. I am now open to engaging in political discussions, which I had to put aside since 2023 due to my business commitments.”
Hon. Mubarak has an impressive track record in political mobilization and campaign strategy. During the last general elections, he served as a member of the presidential campaign committee and held key roles, including:
Spokesman (PRO) for Kwara South Street 2 Street Campaigns
Coordinator of One2Tell10 Initiative
Coordinator of Tinubu Action Group (TAG) in Kwara State
As a seasoned political strategist, Hon. Mubarak’s return is expected to invigorate the APC’s grassroots machinery in Kwara State.
His focus on collaboration and strategic planning underscores his commitment to building a strong and united party for the future.
“I am ready to dive back into politics and contribute to shaping the future of our community,” he concluded.
