The Federal Government has declared that Nigerians can enjoy free train rides to celebrate the Christmas season.
Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, shared the details on Monday during a press briefing following the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.
He announced that the free train service will begin on December 20, 2024, and will run until January 5, 2025.
Idris also mentioned that passengers can access these free rides on all existing train service routes.
