Offa Volleyball Club (Offa VC) has emerged as the runners-up at the just-concluded 2024 Comptroller General of Customs Volleyball Premier League held in Abuja.
The competition, which second phase spanned from December 3 to 14, saw elite teams across Nigeria compete in both the men’s and women’s categories for prestigious titles and lucrative cash prizes.
The first-place winners in both categories received ₦3.5 million each, while Offa VC, as the second-place team, secured ₦2.5 million.
The third-place finishers were awarded ₦1.5 million, ensuring all top-performing teams were duly rewarded.
Adding to their achievements, Offa VC players earned individual accolades for their outstanding performances during the league:
Best Attacker: Mudashiru Ayodeji (Offa VC)
Best Passer: Taiye Badmus (Offa VC)
