
The third day of the Offa Preseason Football Tournament witnessed thrilling encounters and exceptional individual performances as teams battled for supremacy at the ongoing competition, organized by Titan Global Sports International.
In the first match, Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) Football Club secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over The Federal Polytechnic Offa (FEDPOFFA) FC. The standout player of the match was Lawal Olalekan of ABS FC, whose performance earned him the title of Most Valuable Player (MVP).
The second game saw Osun United FC dominate HMK FC, securing a convincing 2-0 win. Lawal Elewure of HMK FC stood out as the MVP for his commendable efforts, despite his team’s loss.
The day concluded with a highly competitive third match, where Igbajo FC edged out OKAA FC in a 2-1 thriller. Saad Abdulrahim of OKAA FC was awarded MVP for his stellar display on the field.
Each MVP received a cash prize of ₦10,000, courtesy of Alhaji Qs Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode and the Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode (MOK) Foundation, in recognition of their outstanding contributions.
The tournament, which runs from November 24 to 29, 2024, continues to showcase top-tier talent and sportsmanship. Organized by Titan Global Sports International, the event is led by its visionary CEO, Azeez Oyeyemi Olanrewaju Omoluabi, and is a testament to the growing football culture in the region.
