The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC) has announced it is now producing 1.8 million barrels of crude oil per day, with plans to reach the 2 million barrels per day target set by President Bola Tinubu by December 2024.
Additionally, the company reported an increase in gas production, currently at 7.4 million standard cubic feet daily, enhancing gas infrastructure, particularly for the AKK project, up from 6.1 million earlier this year.
This achievement underscores NNPC’s commitment to government goals and reflects the hard work of its teams in recent weeks.
