Zakariyah Abolaji Oloriegbe, Chief Security Officer (CSO) to His Royal Highness, Oba Barrister Ismail Yahya Muhammed Alebiosu Atoloye, Olupo of Ajase-Ipo, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the monarch on his appointment as the Chancellor of the Kwara State University of Education (KWSUED).
This appointment was made by the Kwara State Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, yesterday.
It would be recalled that Governor AbdulRazaq officially inaugurated the Governing Council of the Kwara State University of Education on Saturday, marking a significant milestone for the institution. This development clears the path for the university’s formal commencement. The newly appointed 11-member Governing Council is chaired by Prof. Shuaib Oba Abdulraheem (OFR), who will serve as both chairman and pro-chancellor.
Reflecting on his bond with the Olupo, Zakariyah Oloriegbe spoke warmly about their longstanding connection.
“The appointment of Oba Alebiosu will bring valuable leadership, tradition, and community-focused insights to the governance of the Kwara State University of Education, strengthening its commitment to excellence and innovation in higher education and community empowerment.
“May this appointment bring wisdom and impactful guidance to the institution. I pray for strength, sound health, and divine direction as His Royal Highness leads the university to greater heights,” Oloriegbe said.
He subsequently prayed for the divine wisdom and protection for the monarch.
