Senator Oyelola Ashiru on Wednesday presented starter packs to participants at the ongoing PCB Design & Fabrication Training.

 

The participants received their starter packs at ONEIH-KBTC, Offa during day-3 of the training.

 

Recall that 50 participants drawn from seven local government areas in Kwara South Senatorial district are taking part in the week-long PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Design & Fabrication training.

 

Starter packs include Professional Precision Screwdrivers, Soldering Irons, Long Nose Pliers, Diagonal Cutting Nippers, and Digital Multimeters.

 

In his remarks, Engr. Abdulfatai Kolawole Yusuf, President of Offa Engineers and ONEIH Board Member,  encouraged participants to stay committed and harness opportunity facilitated by Senator Oyelola Ashiru.

 

Our Correspondent reports that in groups of ten, participants got hands-on experience with the drilling process of PCB boards and workings of the CNC machine.

 

The Deputy Senate Leader facilitated the training to position Kwara South as technology hub and is being implemented by Bagudu Frontier Development Nigeria Ltd, with sponsorship from the National Productivity Center (NPC).
