The Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode (MOK) Foundation has provided another financial empowerment to thrift clothes sellers in Owode Market, Offa.
This is in its bid on continuous support to business owners in Kwara State.
Today, 20 fortunate sellers were each awarded N15,000 to boost their businesses and enhance their economic stability.
This initiative is part of the Foundation’s ongoing empowerment programme, which aims to support 5,000 business owners across the region.
Since its commencement in November 2023, the programme has diligently worked towards its goal of uplifting small-scale entrepreneurs, providing them with the necessary resources to thrive in a competitive market.
Alhaji Tajudeen Oyeyemi, who led the Foundation’s representatives, highlighted the importance of this empowerment initiative.
“Our goal is to provide a substantial boost to local entrepreneurs, ensuring they have the financial support needed to expand their businesses and improve their livelihoods. This initiative is a testament to our commitment to community development and economic empowerment,” he stated.
