I, Hon. Lukman Salaudeen (Eluku-Omo Adugbo), hereby disassociate myself from the congratulatory message issued by the Offa De-Elite Union (ODU) regarding my primary victory.
While I appreciate the sentiment behind the message, it is important to clarify that I do not endorse or support the content of the statement.
I need to say we know the intent of the message and the writer(s) behind it to be member(s) of the opposition party, hence they should face their primary election that has turned to a Bermuda Triangle. They should find ways of placating their scores of candidates that are being made to pocket their steaming ambition because of so called party supremacy.
The message is an attempt by faceless individuals to drag our revered Apex Union *Offa Descendants’ Union (ODU)* into politics and cause confusion among our supporters. We totally disassociate ourselves and our campaign team from this fraudulent post.
Please note that the Apex Union *Offa Descendants Union (ODU)* has not and will not endorse any political candidate or party. Our union is committed to promoting the development and progress of Offa, not partisan politics.
For me, I remain focused on running a fair and transparent campaign, centered on the issues that matter most to the people of Offa.
The love of Offa and support I enjoy from my people are overwhelming.
