I marvelled at the way and manner Engr. Kola Balogun normally think because his thinking is completely out of this world.
He behaves as if he is not from this planet all and he has really stood out of the pack because of his numerous interventions in various areas of human endeavours.
He is extremely shy, kind hearted, unassuming and very intelligent.
The norm for most people when they are celebrating their birthdays is to roll out the drums, call a top musician, dance and then spray hard currency endlessly.
But Engr. Balogun changed that concept on 13th May, 2023 and decided to give Offa Community a PCB Laboratory named *ONEIH – ENGR KOLA BALOGUN TECHNOLOGY CENTRE* when he was 60 years old. He changed the norm completely.
The PCB Lab has changed the scenario in the country because it is the first of its kind in any community in Africa. In other words, Engr. Balogun is a game changer.
This is due to the fact that the lab is in line with 4th Industrial Revolution and that is the way to go now!
In the light of the foregoing, I give it to him.
He is a Technology guru and his type is not easy to come by.
A Manufacturer of high repute and his uncommon efforts in moving Nigeria forward through Manufacturing cannot be over emphasized and to me, this is the way to go in order to move this country forward.
If most Nigerians can emulate the uncommon kind gesture of Engr. Balogun, this country will be better for all of us.
No doubt about it, the Generation Z and the Generation Next will never forget the kind gesture of Engr. Balogun in Offa at all because the records are there.
My fervent prayer is that Almighty God will continue to be with him in all his various endeavours. Aameen.
