The Forum of Senior Special Assistants (SSAs) to Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke Adeleke has felicitated with His Excellency, the Executive Team comprising of the Secretary to the Government and Chief of Staff, including the leadership of Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) in the State and all Indigenes of Osun State and Non Indigenes alike by extension on the one year anniversary of the People’s Government in the state.
A special press statement from the office of the Forum Chairman, Honourable Tunji Akanni Agagu, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on General Administration and made available by the Secretary of the Forum, Akintunde Bello Sheriff (ABS), Senior Special Assistant to Mr Governor, described the administration of Senator Adeleke as one that has brought relief to the yawning of the People.
“Recall that, the state was on the path of wilderness prior the inauguration of Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke.
“The State was characterized with heavy indebtedness with no visible and several uncompleted and abandoned projects littering the state.
“The civil service was completely bastardized, while the economy of the state was grasping for life.
“In the last one year in the helms of the affairs, Governor Ademola Adeleke has been able to critically addressed every decadence and stabilized governance, through several and meaningful interventions and initiatives of immense and direct impacts to the life of the citizens of the state especially his conservation of the monthly security votes which are now being redirected for the public good.
“Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke has demonstrated beyond doubts his managerial and administrative prowess by setting the state on the path of prosperity in the last 12 months with impeccable achievements on his score card. Mr Governor has a committed heart to make Osun state a point of reference in development amongst the comity of States.
“The forum however enjoins all and sundry to continue having confidence in the Government of the day while playing progressively their roles as critical stakeholders in the progress architecture to ensure the Osun State we all crave for.”
