In a heartwarming gesture, Dr. Adetola Ariyike Salau, the Special Adviser on Education to the Kwara State Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, celebrates the birthday of Mrs. Folashade Adefisayo, former Commissioner of Education in Lagos State.
