The Offa Descendant Union (ODU), under the leadership of Alhaji Olaniyi Muideen Azeez Salako, has commiserated the Kalejaiye family, the Muslim Community, and the people of Offa over the passing of Alhaji Abdulhamid Kalejaiye.
Until his death, Alhaji Kalejaiye was a senior brother to a renowned Arc Razaq Kalejaiye. He was also one of the leaders of the Jama’at Tijjaniyya in Offa and the Anwar Faidot Society of Nigeria.
In a statement by the union. National Social Secretary and Ag NPRO, Idowu Muhydeen Oladipo, on behalf of the National President, Alhaji Salako described the late Kalejaiye as an excellent community leader who impacted his people positively and a devoted Muslim.
The statement reads: “I express my deepest condolences to the Kalejaiye family, Muslim Community, and the people of Offa over the passing of Alhaji Abdulhamid Kalejaiye.
“Alhaji Kalekaiye was a devoted Muslim who contributed immensely towards the propagation of Islam in Offa and beyond.
The statement while praying to Almighty Allah to admit Alhaji Kalejaiye to Aljanna Firdaus also prayed that Allah will give his family, friends, associates and the Offa Muslim Community the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.”
