The 2023 Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Ojomu/Balogun Constituency, Kwara state House of Assembly, Ambassador Salahudeen A Lukman popularly known as ElukuOmoAdugbo in his recent address heartfully rejoices with Muslim Ummah in the course of Eid-il-fitr celebration which marks completion of Ramadan.

ElukuOmoAdugbo reiterates the supremacy of Allah for his benevolence and guidance during the holy month.

He said, “the month of Ramadan however remains a reflection of the beauty and goodwill of human existence in this continent. It’s also a period where scientific humanitarianism is embraced at its peak across the globe, this symbolizes one amidst the numerous beauty of Islam as a religion.”

While praying for Offa, Kwara State and Nigeria at large, ElukuOmoAdugbo urges the entire muslims to remember our respective community in our individual commitment to Allah.

“The ease of economic and social engagement propagates a significant magnitude of humanity. We are the architect of our fortune as a people, hence the opportunity to design our fate lies within our jurisdiction.

“As we further pray to see our community thrive in every form of social attachment; it is also pertinent to adapt to the collective responsibility of making our space a better one, this is a debt we owe the generation that are yet to come. The spiritual inclination of the holy month of Ramadan and the Eid is a catalytic aura for process facilitation. This is to say that it’s less expected of us to be economical in our submission and worship with the Almighty Allah.

“The teachings and lessons of the blessed month of Ramadan should remain glued to us and simultaneously traceable and reflect in our words and actions going forward beyond this only month period. Our community needs peaceful coexistence.

“The conduct of the month of Ramadan is a compass of guidance in our dealings as we mark Eid-il-fitr and set to explore the subsequent months. This is enough to build a stronger society such that we will all be proud of.”
