The Offa Descendant Union (ODU), under the leadership of Alhaji Olaniyi Muideen Azeez Salako, has congratulated the Chairperson of the Kwara State Internal Revenue Services (KWIRS), Chief (Mrs.) Omoniyi, on the occasion of her birthday.
