The Offa Descendant Union (ODU) under the able leadership of Alhaji Olaniyi Muideen Azeez Salako has congratulated the Governor of Kwara State, HE AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, and his deputy, HE Kayode Alabi, on their re-election.
A statement signed by the National Social Secretary and Ag. NPRO, Idowu Muhydeen Oladipo (IMO), on behalf of the National President, Alhaji Salako, on Sunday, reads: “We congratulate the Governor of Kwara State, HE AbdulRahman Abdulrazaq, and his deputy, HE Kayode Alabi, on their re-election victory in the just concluded general election.”
“We also congratulate the re-elected State House of Assembly members for Essa-Shawo Offa State Constituency, Hon. Abdulwaheed Gbenga Yusuf (JK), and the House of Assembly member-elect for Ojomu-Balogun Offa State Constituency, Hon. Seun Ogunniyi (Adato), on their landslide victory at the poll.”
“The performance of HE AbdulRazaq in the last four years had shown that Kwara and Offa, in particular, will surely witness more development in his new term in office.”
“We urge the winners to be magnanimous in victory and the losers to accept the outcome of the election in good faith.”
Alhaji Salako appealed to the governor to always consider Offa in his developmental programs.* He urged Kwarans to pray for the success of the governor and his team.
