The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Kogi Central, Mrs Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has defeated her major opponent, Ohere Sadiku Abubakar, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate.

She reportedly wọn with 1,355 votes.

Natasha made this known via her verified Facebook account on Monday.

She wrote: “🙏🏻We won Ajaokuta🙏🏻

“After cancelling 12 polling unit results due to APC’s meaningless petitions;
Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan wins Ajaokuta LGA with 1,355 votes.”

She afterwards claimed that Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, in alliance with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) reduced her vote.

“Gov. Yahaya Bello deals Independent National Electoral Commission. Reduces Ajaokuta’s vote to 900.

“Kogi Central stand up against this injustice. Meet me at Okene’s INEC in 30 minute.”
