Sequel to the Federal Government’s directive ordering tertiary institutions to close their campuses for the forthcoming 2023 elections, The Polytechnic Ojoku, Kwara State has declared holiday for the students and staffers.
The holiday would take effect from Wednesday, 22nd of February, 2023 till Wednesday, 15th of March, 2023.
According to a press release by the Public Relations Officer of the Polytechnic, Hammed J. Sulaiman, the holiday will enable the students as well as staff members to exercise their franchises.
Also, the Rector of Poly Ojoku, Oyewale Salaudeen Ajibola, enjoined all and sundry to be security wise during the election periods.
