U-Turn is Gabriel Afolayan’s debut movie and it’s on Netflix.
The movie is about a taxi driver (Olaiya Igwe) and his passenger (Gabriel Afolayan). The former is a potential ritualist while the latter is a carjacker.
While they journey to Ibadan, they both have bad intentions against each other and form thoughts on how to execute it.
They’ll later quench the devilish thoughts and extend kindness to each other. And fortune will find comfort in them afterward.
Anyone who knows the efforts channel into making a movie on transit will agree with me that Gabriel Afolayan did a great job. U-Turn was shot in four States, and almost all the scenes are on transit.
Lessons from:
• If you have news about opportunities, share it with others. Olaiya Igwe wouldn’t have been successful if he kept the opportunity he shared with Gabriel Afolayan.
• Be kind. Being kind can get one out of known and unknown problems. If Olaiya Igwe and Gabriel Afolayan didn’t extend kindness to each other, one of them would have victimized the other.
