On Thursday, November 3, the Minister reportedly said this while addressing the 66th National Council on Education (NCE) in Abuja. According to reports, the minister also charged the state education departments with contributing to the problems that contributed to his failure as a minister.
The Minister emphasized that he was unable to address the problems facing the tertiary education system, including the rise in the number of pupils who are not attending school, problems caused by ASUU, and other issues.
