The Osun State Local Government Election held by the Osun Independent Electoral Commission has been declared invalid by the Osogbo-based Federal High Court (OSSIEC).
In accordance with the Electoral Act of 2022, His Lordship, Hon. Justice Ayo-Nathaniel Emmanuel of the Federal High Court in Osogbo declares the Local Government Election held by OSIEC on October 15, 2022, to be illegal, null, and void.
