According to Oba Nosiru Ogunronbi, the Onishasha of Shasha in Alimosho Local Government Area (LGA) of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is the most qualified candidate for the presidency of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to him, Tinubu is the most qualified and resourceful candidate for president, and because of his background in management and leadership, he has the ability and determination to turn around the fortunes of the nation.
Oba Ogunronbi said Tinubu has assisted the council in infrastructure, social amenities, and the development of human capital during a special meeting called by his council and chiefs.
He urged Yoruba people to “wake up from slumber and drum up their support for Asiwaju Tinubu ahead of next year’s general election.”
The monarch stated that Asiwaju is responsible for the iconic development in Lagos that millions of Nigerians enjoy because he created the blueprint that his successors are using to build on. He commended Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for a job well done and said that Sanwo-Olu should be re-elected.
Oba Ogunronbi stated that the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) strike is “gradually impacting the education section” and encouraged the Federal Government and those involved in education to find a resolution.
