Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the APC’s presidential candidate, has given the flood victims in Jigawa State N50 million.
While paying a visit to Governor Badaru Abubakar yesterday, Asiwaju made the announcement about the donation at Government House in Dutse.
“I’m here to commiserate with the government and people of the state, more especially the victims and those who lost loved ones and their belongings to the disaster.
“When we heard about the disaster and the level of damage, we made it necessary to come personally to commiserate with our brothers and sisters and show our concern, togethern ess and brotherhood”.
In order to stop similar incidents in the future, Tinubu implores the victims to submit to God All-Powerful.
In appreciation for the visit and gift, Governor Abubakar thanked the presidential hopeful.p
