Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the APC’s presidential candidate, was not present when other presidential candidates signed a peace agreement on Thursday in preparation for the 2023 elections.
At the occasion, which was held at the International Conference Centre (ICC) Abuja, Tinubu was represented by his running companion, Kashim Shettima.
Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, Peter Obi of the Labour Party, and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party were all present, and they are all major candidates for the presidency.
The APC candidate is now believed to be in London, United Kingdom, according to a previous report.
