At least 21 persons have graduated from the TAM Money Mastery Academy, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Speaking during the graduation ceremony on Saturday, the Executive Director of the Academy, Dr Temi Alade-Mustapha said she has always felt concerned about how to effectively bring about community transformation in a sustainable way.
According to her, she has worked in the bank industry for the past fifteen years and has garner experiences to educate people on how to make, manage, multiply and sustain their resources.
Also, the guest speaker of the occasion, Dr Mike Oladipo charged graduands and participants alike on the need to lead selves to greatness.
He said, “the world is ruled by doers in all sectors. I urged you all to be doers and take actions towards your life success.”
Earlier in her welcome address, the female class Governor of the Academy, Helen Ikhille implored all the graduands to put into practice what they learned from the Academy.
“Reminiscing about our time here as Leaders in the Academy, I must say it has been quite an interesting journey, with a lot of life lessons, one with a few challenges.”
Also featured at the event was presentation of awards and certificates. Awardees included Mofetoluwa Mustapha (Most Punctual), Deborah Jibona and Alaafiatayo Ayodele (Best Hybrid project), Waheed Ojo and Bisola Aluko (Best Virtual project) among others.
The overall Best Student, Ayodele Alaafiatayo said he was excited about the recognition because he was not expecting it. He said it’s a dream come true urging other graduands to put in to practice what has been learnt.
The Saturday graduation was the first in the history of TAM Money Mastery, it was done in conjunction with the Wealth Building Conference.
The Academy focuses on training students-entrepreneurs, civil servants, and stakeholders from all walks of life.
