One of the leading movements, Tinubu Not Negotiable (TNN), shut down Lagos over the weekend in support of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as part of the preparations for the 2023 presidential election for a candidate chosen from the Southwest.
Despite the rain, thousands of TNN members marched out to support the APC standard-bearer in an event that resembled a victory carnival. They put other commitments on hold for the occasion.
Members of the group from all 36 states attended the program, which was conducted at Ijora Olopa.
Asiwaju Tinubu was hailed by Mutiu Okunola, the national coordinator of the Nigeria New Reformation Unity Forum and TNN’23, as a stalwart of Nigerian politics who has developed leaders for the benefit of the nation.
