Robert Lewandowski’s missed opportunities during his comeback to Bayern Munich cost his Barcelona team the game in Germany.

After being outplayed in the first half, Bayern completely destroyed their Spanish opponents with goals from Lucas Hernandez and Leroy Sane.

After 50 minutes, Hernandez headed in at the near post, and Sane then snuck one in to clinch the victory.
In a thrilling game, Lewandowski missed several great opportunities.
With six points after two games following the victory, Bayern Munich now leads Group C.
Edin Dzeko and Denzel Dumfries scored in the Czech Republic’s 2-0 victory over Viktoria Plzen to tie Inter Milan and Barcelona on three points.
