Commuters making use of the Onitsha-Owerri Road, in Anambra State, are lamenting the deplorable state of the road, which was worsened by the rainfall on Thursday.
According to our correspondent, both passengers and motorists were stranded, especially at Amanator Lane, which has been taken over by refuse and flood.
