The Nation Correspondent, Toba Adedeji Three Others Shot In Osun

The Osun State Correspondent of The Nation Newspaper, Toba Adedeji and three yet-to-be identified persons have been shot on Tuesday by members of the Nigeria Police Force in Osogbo during a peaceful protest. Toba and the others were shot at during a peaceful protest by friends of a telephone technician, Afolabi Abiola at Olaiya Flyover Bridge. Abiola was allegedly killed by the Osun police in April 2022. Toba was shot at the leg and quickly rushed to the emergency unit of the UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo. Details soon
